Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Serve food and beverages according to hotel standards.
Assist guests with menu questions and special requests.
Coordinate with the kitchen regarding preparation times and dietary needs.
Set up, maintain, and clean service areas throughout the shift.
Record orders accurately in the system and process payments.
Check in with guests to ensure satisfaction.
Follow safety and hygiene procedures at all times.
Support team members to meet overall service goals.
