Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Greet and seat guests in a friendly and professional manner.
Present menus, explain specials, and answer questions regarding food and beverages.
Take accurate food and drink orders and relay them promptly to the kitchen or bar staff.
Serve food and beverages efficiently, ensuring proper presentation and quality.
Check on guests regularly to ensure satisfaction and address any requests or concerns.
Process bills, handle payments, and return change or receipts correctly.
Maintain cleanliness of tables, dining area, and service stations.
Follow health, safety, and hygiene standards at all times.
Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service flow.
Upsell food and beverage items to maximize guest satisfaction and restaurant revenue.
Qualifications & Skills:
Previous experience as a waiter/waitress or in customer service is an advantage (but not always required).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
Strong attention to detail and customer-oriented attitude.
Basic knowledge of food and beverage service.
Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays.
