Key Responsibilities:

• Provide a warm and professional welcome to guests, ensuring a positive dining experience.
• Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently, offering recommendations when needed.
• Deliver food and beverages promptly while ensuring proper presentation and quality.
• Address guest inquiries and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
• Ensure that all guests' needs are met throughout their dining experience.

Operations & Compliance:

• Set up tables, ensuring proper alignment, cleanliness, and appropriate tableware.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, service stations, and equipment.
• Follow club service procedures, including health and safety regulations.
• Adhere to hygiene and sanitation standards in accordance with food safety guidelines.
• Assist in inventory control and restocking supplies as needed.
• Follow cash handling and billing procedures accurately when processing payments.

Teamwork & Communication:

• Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure seamless service.
• Communicate guest preferences or special requests to the appropriate department.
• Attend team briefings, training sessions, and meetings as required.
• Support colleagues in maintaining a smooth and efficient workflow.
