A Waiter/Waitress at In Room Dining is responsible for providing Guests with food and drink as requested in an efficient manner and according to proper procedure and bar regulations.What will I be doing?As a Waiter/Waitress at In Room Dining, you will be responsible for providing Guests with food and drink as requested in an efficient manner and according to proper procedure and bar regulations. Specifically, you will be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:Deliver exceptional in-room service by accurately taking guest orders, preparing trays, and ensuring timely delivery and service standardSet up a clear in-room dining trolleys and maintain a discreet and courteous service all the timeMaintain the cleanliness of all equipment used during shiftsMaintain detailed knowledge of the menu, including dietary options, allergens, and daily specials, and offer recommendations to enhance the guest experienceComply with Company Health and Safety, and Fire Regulations and proceduresAdhere to the Company disciplinary policy when necessaryMaximize revenue and increase average spend per person through upselling, high customer service standards, effective training and motivational techniquesDemonstrate a perfect knowledge of all beverages served in the bar, how beverages are prepared (to recipe) and presented, and how Bar personnel are trained to possess this knowledge and the application of itHandle guest requests and concerns promptly and professionally.What are we looking for?A Waiter/Waitress at In Room Dining serving Hilton brands is always working on behalf of our Guests and working with other Team Members.
