Roles & Responsibilities

What You Will Be Doing

  • Conducting a comprehensive discovery process to review existing capabilities and identify gaps.
  • Analysing the competitive landscape and recommending business models for the WPS proposition.
  • Proposing potential partners and outlining regulatory roles and responsibilities.
  • Identifying key partners and channels, evaluating commercial models, and recommending 3rd party service providers.
  • Assisting in product development including feature design, incentives, and guidelines.
  • Supporting the development of a go-to-market plan, including identifying pilot customers and partnerships.


Desired Candidate Profile

Your Background

  • Seniority: 6-10 years of relevant experience.
  • Essential Skills: Strong experience in defining, implementing, and operating WPS offerings within the UAE. Knowledge of full lifecycle WPS product launch, including product design, segment needs, and partnerships.
  • Regulatory Knowledge: Familiarity with WPS regulatory requirements in the UAE.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Adaptability: Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Language: Proficiency in English.
