Responsibilities

• Create detailed 2D and 3D visualisations of interior fit-out projects from provided blueprints.
• Collaborate closely with designers and architects to understand project requirements and design ideas.
• Utilize advanced software tools to produce high-quality visual representations of project concepts.
• Translate design concepts and sketches into detailed and realistic 3D models.
• Assist in the development and refinement of project design visuals for client presentations.
• Maintain an organized portfolio of all visual materials and project iterations for easy access.
• Review visual content to ensure alignment with design standards and project briefs.
• Enhance the visual impact of project presentations through photorealistic rendering techniques.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and software in architectural visualisation to enhance work quality.
• Work under tight deadlines to deliver high-quality visual content for various projects.
• Provide creative input during design meetings to improve visual aesthetics and client satisfaction.
• Ensure all visualisations are in compliance with industry standards and project specifications.

Requirements

• Strong proficiency in 3D modelling and visualisation software such as SketchUp, 3ds Max, or AutoCAD.
• Exceptional attention to detail and an ability to visualize projects from conceptual ideas.
• Solid understanding of architectural design principles and interior detailing.
• Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with design teams and clients.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight project deadlines.
• Knowledge of photorealistic rendering techniques and lighting effects is a plus.
