Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities


  • Conceptualize and execute visually stunning store layouts and window displays that align with brand guidelines and seasonal campaigns, maximizing product presentation.
  • Develop and implement creative visual merchandising strategies to enhance the customer shopping experience and drive sales performance.
  • Collaborate with marketing and buying teams to ensure visual merchandising strategies support overall marketing objectives and product launches.
  • Manage and maintain all visual merchandising elements, including mannequins, props, and lighting, ensuring they are impeccably presented and in optimal condition.
  • Oversee the installation and dismantling of displays, ensuring timely execution and adherence to budget constraints.
  • Conduct regular store walks and analyze sales data to identify areas for improvement and optimize visual merchandising effectiveness.
  • Train and mentor junior visual merchandisers or store staff on visual merchandising principles and best practices.
  • Source and manage relationships with external vendors, such as display suppliers and prop makers, to ensure high-quality execution.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging visual merchandising techniques.
  • Possess a valid UAE driving license and be able to travel to different store locations to execute visual merchandising plans.

  • Demonstrates a strong understanding of visual merchandising principles, including color theory, spatial awareness, and product presentation.
  • Exhibits exceptional creative skills and a keen eye for detail, with the ability to translate brand aesthetics into compelling displays.
  • Proficient in using design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) for creating visual concepts and layouts.
  • Demonstrates strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Must have a valid UAE driving license and a clean driving record, with the ability to travel to various store locations.
