Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

· Design, plan, and execute visual merchandising strategies to showcase furniture, décor, and home products effectively.

· Develop lifestyle room setups that inspire customers and highlight key products.

· Regularly refresh displays to align with new arrivals, seasonal promotions, and brand guidelines.

· Product Presentation

· Ensure all merchandise is displayed attractively, priced correctly, and accompanied by appropriate signage.

· Optimize space utilization and maintain showroom aesthetics to enhance customer flow and engagement.

· Coordinate with the sales and marketing teams to highlight promotional items and campaigns.

· Maintain brand standards across all visual displays.

· Create an inviting and inspiring shopping environment that helps customers visualize products in their homes.

· Monitor competitor displays and industry trends to keep the showroom visually competitive.

· Collaboration & Coordination

· Work closely with showroom staff to maintain display standards.

· Coordinate with warehouse/logistics teams for timely placement and replenishment of display items.

· Support management in executing store events, product launches, and promotional campaigns.

· Monitoring & Reporting

· Conduct regular audits of the showroom to ensure displays are well-maintained.

· Track effectiveness of merchandising strategies in driving sales and customer engagement.

· Provide recommendations for improvements in layout, lighting, and presentation.


Requirements

· Bachelor’s degree/diploma in Interior Design, Visual Merchandising, Fashion/Design, Marketing, or a related field.

· Proven experience (2–4 years) as a Visual Merchandiser in furniture, home décor, or retail industry.

· Strong sense of aesthetics, creativity, and attention to detail.

· Good understanding of color theory, lighting, and space management.

· Proficiency in design tools (AutoCAD, SketchUp, or similar) is an advantage.

· Excellent communication and coordination skills.

· Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

· Flexibility to work during weekends, holidays, and promotional events as required.
