Visa Executive - Global Visa Specialist

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Visa Executive to manage global visa applications including Schengen, UK, US, Australia, Japan, New Zealand, China and Canada.


Responsibilities

  • Handle end-to-end visa applications for Schengen, UK, US, Australia, Japan, New Zealand, China & Canada
  • Advise clients on eligibility, documentation, and requirements
  • Prepare and review visa forms, cover letters, and supporting documents
  • Manage appointments with consulates / visa centers
  • Coordinate with operations for ticketing, insurance, and travel packages
  • Ensure compliance with latest embassy guidelines

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Minimum 2 year experience in Global Visa Handling (Schengen & UK mandatory)
  • Bachelor’s degree in Tourism, Hospitality, or related field preferred
  • Excellent communication in English (Arabic, Hindi and Arabic is a plus)
  • Must be currently based in UAE
