VIE - Associate Manager, Demand and Supply MEATR

Partner with the MEATR Brand Teams and Regional HQ (Paris) to develop, consolidate, and maintain accurate forecasts for all brands. For novelties: align forecasts and timelines to global launch plans to ensure market readiness. For core products: review and update forecasts monthly based on retail performance, market dynamics, and upcoming events. Participate in the S&OP process to communicate local risks, opportunities, and deviations versus budget.

Lead the end-to-end planning of new product launches from order placement to in-store availability. Manage and communicate launch calendars, shipment schedules, and quantities to internal teams and retail partners. Ensure perfect execution of launch timelines to maximize brand visibility and sales momentum.

Analyze sell-in, sell-out, and inventory data to monitor performance and identify trends or risks. Maintain healthy stock levels across markets, proactively addressing potential shortages or overstock situations. Partner closely with retailers and distributors to optimize supply efficiency and maximize sales opportunities. Continuously improve supply chain tools, reports, and documentation to enhance operational efficiency.

Serve as the key link between local markets, regional teams, and global operations. Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, and Logistics to ensure alignment on priorities, timelines, and execution. Support process improvement initiatives that strengthen planning accuracy and regional collaboration.
