Roles & Responsibilities
Capture stunning, professional-grade photos and videos of residential and commercial properties.
Edit and enhance visual content using advanced photo and video editing software.
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop creative concepts and ensure alignment with brand guidelines.
Use lighting, composition, and post-production techniques to create compelling visuals that highlight property features.
Maintain an organized library of visual assets for easy retrieval and reuse.
Stay updated on the latest trends and tools in photography and videography to deliver cutting-edge content.
Manage shoots efficiently, meeting deadlines and accommodating varied project requirements.
Desired Candidate Profile
Proven expertise in photography and videography, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work.
Real estate photography/videography experience is highly preferred.
Proficiency in photo and video editing software such as Adobe Lightroom, Photoshop, Premiere Pro, and After Effects.
Strong knowledge of lighting techniques, composition principles, and post-production processes.
Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
Outstanding communication and collaboration abilities to work seamlessly with the marketing and sales teams.
Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet tight deadlines.
Flexibility to adapt to different projects and client expectations.
