Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  1. Plan, shoot, and execute high‑quality product videos, model shoots, lookbooks, and campaign content for e‑commerce and social media.
  2. Capture studio and on‑location footage with strong attention to lighting, composition, and brand aesthetics.
  3. Collaborate with the creative team to ensure consistent visual direction.
  4. Manage and maintain video equipment, lighting setups, and studio space.
  5. Edit raw footage into engaging, on‑brand videos optimized for e‑commerce platforms, social media, ads, and website use.
  6. Add motion graphics, transitions, color grading, sound design, and other post‑production enhancements.
  7. Adapt content into multiple formats [Reels, TikTok, YouTube, website banners, product detail pages].
  8. Ensure fast turnaround times while maintaining high production quality.
  9. Understand how to highlight product details such as fit, fabric, texture, and movement.
  10. Create videos that drive conversion and enhance the online shopping experience.
  11. Stay updated on fashion content trends, platform‑specific best practices, and competitor benchmarks.

Desired Candidate Profile

  1. Proven experience as a videographer and video editor, preferably in fashion retail or e‑commerce.
  2. Strong portfolio showcasing product videos, model shoots, and social‑first content.
  3. Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, After Effects, or similar editing tools.
  4. Solid understanding of studio lighting, camera operation, and color grading.
  5. Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment with tight deadlines.
  6. Creative mindset with strong attention to detail and visual storytelling.
  7. Knowledge of social media formats, trends, and content optimization.
  8. Photography skills for product and lifestyle shoots.
  9. Experience with motion graphics or animation.
  10. Familiarity with e‑commerce platforms and content management systems.
