Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Capture high-quality video footage of products, events, and behind-the-scenes activities within the bakery and production facilities.
  • Edit raw video content into polished, engaging videos for marketing, social media, and internal communications.
  • Collaborate with marketing, creative, and product teams to develop compelling visual concepts that align with brand messaging.
  • Plan, storyboard, and execute video shoots, ensuring all technical and creative requirements are met.
  • Manage and maintain video equipment, ensuring all gear is in optimal working condition.
  • Incorporate motion graphics, sound, and visual effects to enhance video content.
  • Organize and archive video assets for easy retrieval and future use.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in videography and editing to continuously improve content quality.
  • Ensure all video content adheres to brand guidelines and quality standards.
  • Assist in photographing products and events as needed to support broader content initiatives.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Minimum of 1 to 3 years of proven experience in videography and video editing, preferably in a food production or retail environment.
  • Proficiency with professional video cameras, lighting, and audio equipment.
  • Expertise in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve.
  • Strong understanding of storytelling, composition, and pacing in video production.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, on-site environment.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Attention to detail and a keen eye for visual aesthetics.
  • Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Flexibility to work outside regular hours for special events or urgent projects.
  • Portfolio showcasing a range of videography and editing work.
