Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Conceptualize, develop, and pitch video content ideas that align with brand objectives and target audience preferences, ensuring creative and engaging narratives.
Manage all aspects of video production, from pre-production planning (storyboarding, scripting, location scouting) to post-production editing, color correction, and sound design.
Operate and maintain professional video and audio equipment, including cameras, lighting, microphones, and editing software, ensuring high-quality production values.
Collaborate with marketing and creative teams to understand project requirements, timelines, and budgets, delivering projects on schedule and within scope.
Edit raw footage into polished videos, incorporating graphics, music, and voiceovers to create compelling visual stories.
Optimize video content for various platforms (YouTube, social media, websites), considering aspect ratios, resolutions, and audience engagement metrics.
Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in video production and content creation to continuously improve skills and output.
Manage and organize video assets, including footage, audio, graphics, and project files, ensuring efficient workflow and easy retrieval.
Conduct interviews and capture B-roll footage effectively, ensuring clear audio and visually appealing compositions.
Oversee the entire video production process, from concept to final delivery, ensuring quality control and adherence to brand guidelines.
