DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE BUT WILL NOT BE LIMITED TO:

• Edit raw video footage into polished, professional-quality content for various platforms (YouTube, social media, website, internal use, etc.)

  Collaborate with content creators, marketers, and other team members to understand project scope and goals.

  Add music, graphics, sound effects, voiceovers, and other elements to enhance video impact.

  Ensure all video content is consistent with brand guidelines and messaging.

  Manage and organize video assets and maintain an archive of completed projects.

  Stay up-to-date with the latest editing techniques, tools, and industry trends.

  Work under tight deadlines while maintaining high-quality standards.

  Color correction, audio leveling, and optimizing videos for various formats and platforms.

  Provide creative input and suggestions during the planning and production phases.

  
  

  Qualifications:

  4+ years Proven experience as a video editor with a strong portfolio of work.

  Proficiency in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve).

  Experience with motion graphics and animation tools (e.g., After Effects) is a plus.

  Strong understanding of storytelling, pacing, and visual aesthetics.

  Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

  Attention to detail and a keen eye for visual composition.

  Familiarity with various video formats, codecs, and delivery specs for different platforms.

  
  

  Preferred Skills:

  Knowledge of audio editing and sound design.

  Experience with photography or videography is a plus.

  Basic graphic design skills.

  Creative mindset and passion for visual storytelling.
