Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Assist the Principal in the overall management and leadership of the school.
  • Lead and mentor teaching staff, providing guidance and support in instructional practices and professional development.
  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the school, including student discipline, academic performance, and staff collaboration.
  • Support the development and implementation of school policies and curriculum plans.
  • Ensure the school adheres to the local education regulations and standards.
  • Oversee the implementation of student welfare and support programs

Desired Candidate Profile

  • A Master’s degree in Education, Leadership, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 6 years of experience in the field of education which includes 3 years of teaching experience in a leadership role, preferably as a Vice Principal, Head of Department, or similar.
  • Fluency in English.
  • Knowledge of modern teaching methods, assessment techniques, and school management software.
