Role Overview:

The Vendor Operations Specialist ensures smooth day-to-day execution across fulfilment, stock health, catalogue hygiene, and campaign readiness for our vendor portfolio. Acting as the operational backbone for category and growth teams, this role identifies gaps, resolves issues, and drives process excellence that enables sustainable vendor and customer success.

Key Responsibilities

• Safeguard Fulfilment & Stock Health: Monitor fulfilment rates, inventory availability, and backorders; proactively raise flags and drive resolutions with internal teams and vendors.
• Maintain Catalogue & Content Quality: Partner with Content teams to ensure SKUs meet high standards of accuracy, imagery, and attributes for a strong customer journey.
• Enable Same-Day Delivery Readiness: Ensure SKUs tagged for Mumzworld’s “Yalla” same-day delivery service meet fulfilment, inventory, and delivery requirements, closing any gaps quickly.
• Control Returns & Rejections: Analyse patterns, identify root causes, and work with vendors and internal teams to reduce operational errors.
• Campaign & Launch Readiness: Guarantee vendor and SKU readiness for major events by coordinating across planning, warehouse, and category teams.
• Operational Reporting & Dashboards: Maintain accurate dashboards on fulfilment,availability, returns, and catalogue health; share insights weekly with stakeholders.
