Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Conduct rigorous performance evaluations on vehicles, meticulously assessing acceleration, braking, and handling characteristics under various conditions.
  • Execute and document detailed test procedures, ensuring adherence to established protocols and industry standards, to validate vehicle functionality.
  • Operate advanced diagnostic equipment and data acquisition systems to collect and analyze critical vehicle performance data.
  • Identify and report any mechanical, electrical, or software discrepancies observed during testing, providing comprehensive insights.
  • Prepare detailed test reports, summarizing findings and providing actionable recommendations for vehicle improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and protocols, prioritizing the well-being of yourself and others during tests.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Demonstrates 2+ years of hands-on experience within the automotive industry, showcasing practical knowledge and application.
  • Exhibits a proven track record of working with vehicle testing, including experience with data acquisition and analysis.
  • Proficient in using diagnostic tools and software like CANalyzer or similar, ensuring the ability to analyze vehicle data effectively.
  • Demonstrates excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to identify and resolve technical issues efficiently.
  • Exhibits strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to accurately convey findings and collaborate effectively.
  • Possesses a keen eye for detail and a commitment to accuracy, guaranteeing the reliability of test results.
  • Demonstrates the ability to work independently and as part of a team, showcasing adaptability and collaboration.
