Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Missions
  • Handling subscriber complaints about issues that have occurred on all VAS services.
  •  Checklist performed on all VAS nodes to ensure that they were working properly.
  • Escalate to support/manager and follow up on incidents that occurred on VAS nodes.
  • Ensure and coordinate with relevant parties for night activities.
  • Participation in the On-Call program on a rolling basis.
  • Participation in the Back-up program of VAS nodes on a rolling principle.
  • Collects stats from VAS nodes.
  • Profile
  • Basic training: BAC+5 type State Engineer or Master 2.
  • Specialty: Electronics, Telecommunications, Computer Science or Operations Research.
