Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Prepare and deliver engaging sales presentations that highlight product features, benefits, and pricing, tailored to the unique needs of each customer.
  • Develop and maintain strong customer relationships by conducting regular visits to clients, ensuring their needs are met efficiently.
  • Accurately manage inventory levels within the van, ensuring a well-stocked and organized display that maximizes sales opportunities.
  • Process sales orders and transactions promptly, ensuring accurate documentation and timely deliveries to enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Conduct market research to identify emerging trends and competitor strategies, adapting sales tactics accordingly to maintain a competitive edge.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to execute promotional campaigns and events that drive brand awareness and customer engagement.
  • Provide exceptional after-sales support, addressing client inquiries, resolving issues, and fostering long-term loyalty.
  • Track and analyze sales performance metrics, adjusting strategies and setting targeted goals to enhance overall sales effectiveness.
  • Maintain compliance with company policies and legal regulations, ensuring safe and ethical practices in all sales activities.
  • Stay updated on product knowledge and industry developments, attending training sessions to enhance sales acumen and service delivery.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • A minimum of a high school diploma; a degree in business or sales is a plus.
  • At least 5-8 years of proven experience in van sales or direct sales roles within a relevant industry.
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record is mandatory for this position.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively convey product information and build rapport.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage time effectively while meeting sales targets.
  • Proficient in using mobile sales applications and basic computer software for order processing and reporting.
  • Fluency in English; knowledge of additional languages is advantageous for diverse customer interactions.
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills, with a track record of achieving or exceeding sales quotas.
  • Physical ability to lift and move products safely, as the role involves loading and unloading goods.
  • A proactive, results-oriented mindset with a passion for sales and customer service excellence.
