Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Execute daily sales routes, ensuring all scheduled customer visits are completed efficiently and effectively, maximizing sales opportunities.
  • Manage and maintain the van's inventory, including loading, unloading, and organizing products to prevent damage and ensure accurate stock levels.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, providing excellent customer service and addressing any inquiries or concerns promptly.
  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within assigned territories, actively seeking out potential clients and expanding the customer base.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Possesses a high school diploma or equivalent, demonstrating a foundational level of education.
  • Holds a valid driver's license with a clean driving record, essential for operating the van safely and legally.
  • Has prior experience in FMCG sales or a related field, showcasing industry familiarity and sales acumen.
  • Demonstrates a minimum of 2 years of experience in a van sales role, indicating practical experience and sales proficiency.
