Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive the company s van to designated sales areas and deliver FMCG products to customers.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers while identifying new sales opportunities.
- Achieve daily and monthly sales targets by ensuring product availability and visibility.
- Promote and introduce new products to customers to maximize sales.
- Maintain accurate records of sales, stock, and customer payments.
- Collect payments from customers and ensure timely cash reconciliation.
- Ensure products are displayed properly and maintain FIFO (First In, First Out) standards.
- Monitor competitor activity and report market trends to management.
- Ensure the van is well-maintained, clean, and stocked with necessary products.
Requirements:
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
- Experience: Minimum 2 years of van sales experience in the FMCG sector.
- A valid Qatar driver s license for medium or heavy vehicles.
- Good knowledge of FMCG distribution and sales techniques.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
- Willingness to work flexible hours and travel as required.
Job Type: Full-time
Desired Candidate Profile
