Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive the company s van to designated sales areas and deliver FMCG products to customers.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers while identifying new sales opportunities.
  • Achieve daily and monthly sales targets by ensuring product availability and visibility.
  • Promote and introduce new products to customers to maximize sales.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales, stock, and customer payments.
  • Collect payments from customers and ensure timely cash reconciliation.
  • Ensure products are displayed properly and maintain FIFO (First In, First Out) standards.
  • Monitor competitor activity and report market trends to management.
  • Ensure the van is well-maintained, clean, and stocked with necessary products.

Requirements:

  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience: Minimum 2 years of van sales experience in the FMCG sector.
  • A valid Qatar driver s license for medium or heavy vehicles.
  • Good knowledge of FMCG distribution and sales techniques.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours and travel as required.
