UX / UI Designer

The UX/UI Designer is an integral part of the design and development team, focused on creating intuitive, user-friendly, and aesthetically pleasing digital experiences. This role requires a deep understanding of user-centered design principles, visual hierarchy, and the ability to translate complex concepts into accessible, user-friendly designs. As a UX/UI Designer, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, product managers, and other designers. Your goal is to enhance the product's usability and visual appeal through analytics, user feedback, and iterative design processes. This role requires a blend of creativity and technical skills, ensuring the finished product not only looks good but works well for the end-users.

Responsibilities

• Conduct user research to inform and guide designs responsive to user needs.
• Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, and process flows to visualize design concepts.
• Design user interfaces that meet business objectives and improve user satisfaction.
• Collaborate with developers to ensure designs are implemented correctly and efficiently.
• Iterate on designs based on user testing and feedback to enhance functionality.
• Maintain design standards and ensure consistency across various platforms and devices.
• Stay updated with the latest design trends and integrate them where suitable.
• Develop prototypes for new product concepts and user interfaces.
• Provide support and guidance to junior designers and other team members.
• Participate in team meetings to discuss project milestones and deliverables.
• Create and maintain a cohesive design language that communicates the brand vision.
• Analyze user metrics to gauge the success of UI updates and changes.

Requirements

• Bachelor s degree in Graphic Design, Interaction Design, or related field preferred.
• Proven experience as a UX/UI Designer or similar role in a relevant industry.
• Proficiency in design and prototyping software such as Sketch, Figma, or Adobe XD.
• Strong portfolio showcasing user-centered design solutions and innovative UI designs.
• Excellent understanding of interaction design principles and responsive design practices.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to present design rationale effectively.
• Problem-solving skills and attention to detail for iterative design development.
