Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

We are seeking a highly skilled UX/UI Designer with proven experience in TAMM platform design to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing user-centered digital experiences that align with government standards, business objectives, and end-user needs.

You will collaborate closely with product owners, business analysts, and development teams to deliver intuitive, accessible, and visually compelling interfaces.

Responsibilities
  • Design end-to-end UX/UI solutions for web and mobile platforms, with a strong focus on TAMM government services.
  • Translate business and user requirements into wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs.
  • Ensure designs comply with TAMM design guidelines, usability standards, and accessibility requirements.
  • Conduct user research, usability testing, and iterate designs based on feedback.
  • Collaborate with developers to ensure accurate implementation of designs.
  • Maintain and contribute to design systems and UI libraries.
  • Present and defend design decisions to stakeholders.
  • Ensure consistency across all digital touchpoints.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Proven experience as a UX/UI Designer for minimum 5 years of experience
  • Hands-on experience with TAMM platform design is a must.
  • Strong understanding of government digital services design standards.
  • Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar.
  • Solid experience in wireframing, prototyping, and interaction design.
  • Knowledge of UX best practices, accessibility (WCAG), and responsive design.
  • Experience working closely with cross-functional teams (Product, BA, Development).
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
