UX DESIGNER ESAT

Job Location: Abu Dhabi

We are looking a talented and passionate UX Designer to join our team and help us shape the future of digital experiences and play a key role in creating intuitive and engaging user experiences across our digital platforms.

Job Responsibilities:

• Mapping out the user journey to identify key touchpoints and opportunities for improvement throughout the user experience.
• Designing wireframes and prototypes to visualize and iterate on the structure, layout, and functionality of digital interfaces.
• Conducting usability testing sessions to gather feedback from users and identify usability issues or areas for improvement.
• Organizing and structuring information in a way that is intuitive and easy for users to navigate.
• Defining how users interact with digital interfaces through the design of interface elements, navigation systems, and interactive features.
• Collaborating with visual designers to ensure that the visual design aligns with the overall user experience goals and enhances usability.
• Ensuring that digital products are accessible to users with disabilities by following accessibility standards and guidelines.
• Creating design documentation such as user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and design specifications to communicate design decisions to stakeholders and developers.
• Monitoring and analyzing user feedback and metrics to identify opportunities for continuous improvement and optimization of the user experience.
• Working closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to align on project goals, priorities, and timelines.

Job Requirements:

• Candidate with Bachelors or higher degree in Computer Engineering or related discipline.
• Hands-on experience creating wireframes, prototypes, storyboards, user flows, icons, responsive layouts for different platform and screen etc.
• Excellent Hands-on experience, using tools such as Photoshop, Premier Pro, After effects, Illustrator, Power director, Axure, Sketch, InDesign, UXPin, Quartz.
• Should be able to prepare paper sketches (Drawings) & Printable Documents like Brochures and Catalogs.
• Responsible for creating paper sketches, mockups, wireframes, prototypes, style guides, user flows, icons, company Brochures, catalogs and Business cards.
• Present and defend your design decisions. All your design decisions should be based on the overall design roadmap as well as your own design thinking and fundamental principles (i.e. color theory, visual weight, etc.)
• Continually keep yourself and your design team updated with the latest changes in your industry s standards.
• Developing and implementing effective search engine optimization (SEO) strategies, coordinating content, design, social media, pay-per-click (PPC) marketing and other activities, managing offsite and onsite optimization projects and reporting on performance.
