Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Job Description:

  • Conduct regular inspections and monitoring of utility systems to identify issues and ensure optimal performance of HVAC and air compressors and all utilities components.
  • Develop and implement maintenance schedules for utility equipment, ensuring proper functioning and longevity.
  • Manage maintenance technician for maintenance plans implementation and follow up spare parts stock to keep spare parts safety stock in the warehouse.
  • Respond promptly to emergency maintenance requests and provide effective solutions to minimize downtime.
  • Analyze utility consumption data to identify opportunities for efficiency improvements and cost savings.
  • Performing regular maintenance and repairs to prevent system failures and extend the lifespan of HVAC units. And Air compressors.
  • Performing routine maintenano, such as clesning and replacing filters, checking refrigerant levels, and inspecting electrical components for HVAC, Air compressors and air dryers.
  • Insuring compliance with safety regulations,

Job Requirements:

  • Educational background: Bachelor's degree
  • Age: Less or equal 35 years
  • Experience Level: Good.

Technical Skills:

  • Proficiency in repairing and maintaining mechanical systems, HVAC and air compressors.
  • Good at Maintaining Air conditions.
  • Good at pneumatic control system.
  • Aware of hydraulic control systems.
