USED SPARE PARTS PURCHASER (SCRAP MARKET FOCUS) Zodiac Automobile Repair

Overview of the Role: Zodiac Automobile Repair is seeking an experienced and resourceful Used Spare Parts Purchaser to join our team. This role is critical to our operations, focusing specifically on used and scrap parts procurement from the local market. You will be responsible for sourcing and purchasing high-quality used automotive parts from areas such as Al Saaja, Sharjah Industrial Area, and Mussafah Industrial Area, ensuring a continuous supply of essential materials for our walk-in and insurance-related jobs. What You Will Do: - Procure used automotive parts and components from local scrap yards and used spare part dealers. - Visit vendors and assess the quality and compatibility of used parts before purchase. - Maintain strong vendor relationships in Sharjah and Abu Dhabi regions (Al Saaja, Sharjah Industrial Area, and Mussafah). - Negotiate pricing and ensure timely procurement to avoid job delays. - Maintain inventory records, generate LPOs, and ensure parts are promptly delivered to technicians. - Minimize downtime through accurate and proactive parts sourcing and procurement. - Support dead stock reduction and optimize used parts revenues.

About the Team: You will report to the Workshop Manager and coordinate closely with technicians, workshop staff, and admin teams to ensure parts are procured and delivered efficiently.
