Roles & Responsibilities

eXceeders, a leading IT marketplace, is seeking a qualified Usability & Service Design partner to engage on current and future initiatives across the Gulf region. This is not a single-project request we are looking to build a long-term collaboration with a capable provider who can support multiple engagements over time.

Desired Candidate Profile

The selected partner will be expected to support ongoing usability and service experience initiatives through the following activities:
Conduct usability research and heuristic assessments to identify experience gaps and opportunities for improvement.
Lead end-to-end service design activities from discovery to delivery ensuring alignment with business and user needs.
Design and optimize customer journeys across web, mobile, and physical touchpoints.
Perform user testing, gather feedback, and translate insights into practical design recommendations.
Develop UX/UI prototypes, wireframes, service blueprints, and experience models that guide solution delivery.
Run workshops and co-design sessions with business and technical stakeholders.
Ensure recommendations are measurable, implementable, and aligned with project objectives and timelines.
