Roles & Responsibilities
Tele Caller: Make outbound calls to promote travel and tourism packages Handle customer inquiries and follow up on leads Convert leads into bookings Maintain accurate customer records Team Lead: Manage and supervise a team of tele callers Assign targets and ensure daily performance Train and motivate team members Monitor call quality and conversion ratios Report daily/weekly performance to management
Desired Candidate Profile
Previous experience in telesales preferred Good communication skills in English (Hindi/Urdu is an advantage) Ability to meet targets and work under pressure Team Lead candidates must have prior team handling experience Positive attitude and strong interpersonal skills
