  • Conduct thorough property evaluations, including market analysis, to accurately price listings and advise clients on strategic improvements.
  • Effectively market properties through diverse channels, leveraging online platforms, networking, and targeted advertising to reach qualified buyers quickly.
  • Negotiate offers and counteroffers with finesse, ensuring favorable terms for both buyers and sellers while navigating complex transactions.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Possesses a valid real estate license and relevant certifications, demonstrating a commitment to professional standards and ethical practices.
  • Holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field, indicating a strong foundation in business principles.
