Chief Accountant – CA Female - Manufacturing Industry

Salary : Aed 16000 - Aed 20,000 (MAX)

• Oversee and manage all financial accounting operations, including general ledger, accounts payable/receivable, and month-end/year-end closing processes within a manufacturing environment.
• Prepare and analyze financial statements, ensuring accuracy, compliance with IFRS, and timely reporting to stakeholders, including variance analysis.
• Develop and maintain robust internal controls and accounting policies to safeguard company assets and ensure regulatory compliance, particularly in a multinational context.
• Manage the budgeting and forecasting process, working closely with department heads to develop accurate financial projections for manufacturing operations.
• Conduct cost accounting and analysis, including product costing, variance analysis, and identifying areas for cost optimization within the manufacturing process.
• Ensure timely and accurate tax filings, including VAT and corporate tax, and liaise with tax authorities in Abu Dhabi.
• Manage and reconcile bank accounts, ensuring accurate cash flow management and efficient fund transfers.
• Supervise and mentor a team of accountants, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations within the finance department.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including operations, supply chain, and sales, to provide financial insights and support decision-making.
• Implement and maintain financial systems and processes, ensuring efficiency and scalability to support the growth of the manufacturing business.
