Urban Planner / Designer Jurong International

About the Role:

We are seeking an Urban Planner / Designer to support the delivery of planning and urban design projects within our Abu Dhabi studio. This role is suited to a motivated professional with strong technical foundations, capable of managing smaller to medium-scale projects, supporting client engagement, and contributing to high-quality multidisciplinary outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as designer or project manager for small to mid-scale planning and urban design projects, accountable for deliverables and milestones.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for project-related client, finance, and administrative matters.
• Demonstrate sound understanding of planning practice from concept development through to implementation strategies.
• Develop project work plans, schedules, and Estimates at Completion (EAC) to meet agreed timelines.
• Review project contracts and ensure compliance with scope and deliverables at all stages.
• Identify project risks and issues, proposing clear and practical solutions.
• Liaise with clients and stakeholders, building effective working relationships and long-term rapport.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor s or Master s degree in Urban Planning, Urban Design, or a related discipline.
• Professional registration preferred.
• Demonstrated portfolio covering a range of planning and urban design project types.
