Roles & Responsibilities
Job Description
Main Responsibilities:
-
Sales Strategy and Execution.
-
Develop and implement strategic sales plans to meet or exceed revenue and market share targets for the Ultrason GI line.
-
Analyze market trends, competition and potential opportunities.
-
Identify and target key customers and high potential prospects.
-
Collaborate with marketing, application and service teams to ensure a complete value offering to customers.
Customer Relations and Business Development:
-
Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients, including physicians, hospitals and clinics.
-
Conduct product presentations, demonstrations and on-site evaluations.
-
Negotiate and conclude sales contracts.
-
Attend industry conferences, workshops and events to promote GE Healthcare ultrasound products.
-
Provide regular follow-up with customers to ensure customer satisfaction and identify additional sales opportunities.
Required Qualifications:
-
University degree in a relevant field (e.g., business, marketing, biomedical engineering).
-
Significant experience (minimum 5 years) in the sale of medical equipment, ideally in the field of ultrasound or medical imaging.
-
Proven experience in sales management and achieving sales targets.
-
Excellent knowledge of the Algerian health market.
-
Strong communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
-
My French is fluent (written and spoken). Fluency in English is an asset.

Valid driver's license.
-
Ability to travel frequently within Algerian territory.
