Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Should show collaboration with product managers and cross-functional teams
Desired Candidate Profile
- Looking for candidates with at least 5 years of hands-on UI/UX experience
- Prior work in digital product design for financial services (banks, fintech, digital transformation) is mandatory.
- Strong command of Figma, Sketch, Adobe Suite.
- Bonus: Experience with Design Systems.
- Proven experience in user research, usability testing, A/B testing, rapid prototyping.
- Look for descriptions of projects where they ve validated designs with users.
- Familiarity with Agile development processes is expected.
