Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Take a hands-on approach to the development of user interfaces for ATM applications. Tweak high-quality visual designs, mockups, and prototypes to ensure a smooth user experience.

  • Work closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to ensure that designs are aligned with business goals and technical requirements. Provide guidance to development teams on UI implementation.
  • Directly manage existing UI components (EN & AR), ensuring screens are delivered on time and meet the required specifications.
  • Ensure that all design elements are consistent with the brand s visual identity and guidelines across all platforms.
  • Regularly gather feedback from stakeholders and users to improve and iterate on designs. Ensure that designs are user-friendly and meet project objectives.
  • Manage their own design tasks adhering to deadlines and working within project scope.

Desired Candidate Profile

Hands-on user interface design across digital platforms to deliver exceptional user experiences. This role focuses on direct design execution, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring that design solutions meet user needs, business goals, and brand standards. The position does not include direct reports but requires individual contributions in UI design.

  • At least 2 - 3 years of experience in UI design, preferably with a hands-on design experience for ATM platforms.
  • Bachelor s degree in design, Graphic Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
  • Expertise in UI design tools such as Miro & Figma
  • Strong visual design skills with an understanding of design principles (typography, color theory, layout).
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills, especially in cross-functional environments.
  • Experience in user-centered design and responsive web/mobile design.
  • Proficiency in Agile methodologies and design sprints.
  • Knowledge of Arabic language nuances is a must.
