Roles & Responsibilities

The UI/UX Designer is responsible for creating innovative and visually appealing user interfaces for web and mobile applications while enhancing user experience (UX) to ensure ease of use and meet customer needs.


- Design attractive and user-friendly UI interfaces for web and mobile applications using modern design tools.
- Create responsive designs suitable for various devices and screen sizes.
- Adhere to visual identity and branding guidelines when creating designs.
- Enhance User Experience (UX):
- Analyze user needs and behaviors to develop improved experiences.
- Create prototypes and user flows.
- Conduct usability testing and analyze results to refine designs.
- Collaborate with development teams to translate designs into functional user interfaces.
- Coordinate with relevant teams to understand business requirements.
- Test user interfaces to ensure a seamless and integrated experience.
- Improve designs based on user feedback and business requirements.
- Work with design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, and Sketch.
- Provide illustrations or animations when needed using modern tools.
- Develop design libraries to maintain design consistency.
- Create design systems to streamline design processes.
- Advanced knowledge of Search Engine Optimization (SEO) to enhance website visibility on search engines.
- Prepare periodic reports on user experience and implement necessary improvements.
- Transfer knowledge to the Software Development Management team
