Responsibilities:

• Design and deliver user-centered UI and UX solutions for web and mobile applications tailored to the financial services sector.
• Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and marketing teams to translate business requirements into engaging digital experiences.
• Conduct user research, interviews, and usability testing to gather insights and validate design decisions.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups that effectively communicate design concepts and user flows.
• Ensure consistency in visual elements, style guides, and branding across all digital platforms.
• Analyze user feedback and analytics to iterate and optimize interface designs for improved usability and performance.
• Stay updated with the latest UI/UX trends, tools, and best practices, especially within the financial and fintech industries.
• Present design concepts and solutions to stakeholders, incorporating feedback to refine and enhance deliverables.
• Work within agile teams to deliver projects on time and meet business objectives.
• Support the development team during implementation to ensure design integrity and quality.

Skills:

• Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar.
• Solid understanding of user research methodologies and usability testing.
• Ability to translate complex business requirements into intuitive and visually appealing interfaces.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
• Attention to detail and a passion for delivering high-quality digital experiences.
• Familiarity with responsive and adaptive design principles.
• Experience working in an office-based, fast-paced environment.
