Roles & Responsibilities

We are building a next-generation AI-native Business Intelligence (BI) tool and seeking a Very Senior UX/UI & Product Designer with exceptional product design capabilities. In this role, you will lead the end-to-end design process, translating complex data and AI-powered insights into intuitive, elegant, and powerful user experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the entire product design lifecycle: research wireframes prototypes testing.
  • Translate complex BI/data workflows into clean, intuitive, and seamless user journeys.
  • Own and evolve the design system for consistency and scalability.
  • Collaborate closely with product, engineering, and data teams to align design with business strategy.
  • Conduct user research and usability testing to validate design decisions.
  • Mentor junior designers and champion design thinking best practices across the company.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 10+ years of proven experience in UX/UI or Product Design, with at least 3+ years in a senior/lead role.
  • Strong portfolio and track record in BI, SaaS, or data visualization products.
  • Advanced proficiency in Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, and prototyping tools.
  • Deep knowledge of data visualization, information design, and human-centered design principles.
  • Experience working with AI-driven products is a strong plus.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and collaboration skills.
