Job Description
Pinerium is seeking a creative, user-focused UI/UX Designer to join our growing team. This role will play a key part in designing intuitive, responsive, and high-impact user experiences across our internal systems, client platforms, and digital products.

The ideal candidate has a strong sense of design principles, usability, and interaction patterns, and is eager to collaborate with cross-functional teams to elevate the look and feel of modern, functional web and mobile applications.

Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define user interface requirements and interaction models.

Create wireframes, prototypes, and user flows to effectively communicate design concepts.

Design responsive UI elements for web and mobile applications based on brand and usability standards.

Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather user feedback to iterate on designs.

Work with frontend developers to ensure accurate implementation of UI components.

Design intuitive dashboards, forms, and interaction flows for software and SaaS interfaces.

Maintain and evolve UI design systems, component libraries, and style guides.

Identify design problems and propose elegant, user-centered solutions.

Stay current on design trends, accessibility standards, and emerging technologies.



Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Interaction Design, Computer Science, or a related field.

1–3 years of professional experience in UI/UX design, preferably in a SaaS or tech-driven environment.

Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar.

Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and UX best practices.

Experience creating wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.

Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS is a plus.

Strong portfolio showcasing UI/UX projects with clear problem-solving and design thinking.

Excellent attention to detail, visual hierarchy, and typography.

Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with technical and non-technical teams.

Own laptop required.
