Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Lead design projects from concept to execution, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality, user-centered solutions
  • Collaborate with product & project managers to define project scope, goals, and timelines.
  • Conduct user research and translate insights into user flows, wireframes, and prototypes
  • Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs that clearly communicate design ideas.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including designers, Product Owners, developers, and testers, to ensure design feasibility and implementation.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams during the discovery, design, and delivery phases
  • Participate in the full design lifecycle: discovery, design, delivery, and iteration
  • Ensure visual and functional consistency by using design systems and shared components effectively.
  • Present design decisions confidently and clearly to stakeholders and gather actionable feedback
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously and adapt to changing priorities and requirements

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in UX/UI design, with a strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects, demonstrating problem-solving skills and design thinking.
  • Solid understanding of responsive design, accessibility standards, and design systems
  • Advanced proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and Miro
  • Proven ability to solve complex design challenges with user-centered solutions
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to lead and contribute to strategic design discussions
  • Experience planning or contributing to user research and usability testing efforts
  • Fluency in English (German is a plus).
