Key Responsibilities:

• Implement departmental policies and procedures to ensure consistent delivery.
• Monitor adherence to design quality and governance standards.
• Execute assigned design tasks and ensure alignment with timelines and team objectives.
• Participate in Agile or iterative workflows as part of product delivery squads.
• Deliver wireframes, user flows, mockups, and prototypes aligned with technical and business goals.
• Work with developers and stakeholders to ensure accurate implementation and cross-functional understanding.
• Conduct design reviews to ensure usability, accessibility, and consistency.
• Conduct and support research activities, including user interviews, surveys, usability tests, and persona creation.
• Incorporate insights into design decisions that address both user pain points and strategic objectives.
• Produce intuitive, brand-aligned, and responsive user interfaces.
• Create and iterate user journeys, information architecture, and interaction patterns.
• Develop and maintain reusable UI components.
• Collaborate with front-end developers to ensure accurate translation into code.
• Conduct regular audits and updates to the design system for relevance and innovation.
• Participate in design sprints, workshops, and co-creation sessions.
• Use quantitative and qualitative feedback to refine and validate design performance.
• Present design solutions clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Act as a liaison between product, engineering, and business functions.
• Monitor UI/UX trends and innovations, sharing new insights and techniques with the team.
• Contribute to internal capability building and design maturity.
• Prepare documentation, specifications, and usability insights reports.
• Adhere to all relevant safety, quality, and environmental standards in daily work.
• May provide guidance or mentorship to junior designers, interns, or UI/UX trainees when required.
• Collaborates effectively with cross-functional teams, fostering a respectful and productive team culture
