Key Responsibilities:

User Interface Design:

• Understand product requirements and user needs, translating them into high-quality UI solutions.
• Create wireframes, mockups, and high-fidelity prototypes that align with our brand and user experience standards.
• Ensure consistency and usability across interfaces by building and maintaining scalable design systems.
• Collaborate with UX designers, product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders throughout the design and development cycle.
• Bring a strong visual eye to detail, ensuring designs are not just functional, but delightful.

User-Centered Process:

• Conduct user research, usability testing, and A/B tests to validate design decisions.
• Use insights and data to iterate on designs and improve the user experience over time.
• Balance business goals with user needs to ensure designs are both practical and user-friendly.

Strategic Contribution:

• Participate in product strategy, roadmapping, and planning discussions.
• Align design work with team and company OKRs, ensuring measurable impact.
• Contribute ideas that elevate both the visual and functional quality of the product.
  
  

Required Qualifications:

• 2+ years of UI design experience or a strong portfolio showcasing relevant work.
• Proficient in design tools like Figma (or similar).
• Solid understanding of visual hierarchy, typography, color theory, and responsive design.
• Strong grasp of user flows and interaction patterns for web and mobile platforms.
• Experience working with or building design systems.
  
  

Preferred Qualifications:

• Background or experience in e-commerce, Q-commerce, or similar industries.
• Familiarity with motion design, animations, or illustration work is a big plus.
• Logical problem-solver with strong attention to user journey and UX best practices.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
