Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Collaborate with product and design leadership to define visual direction and contribute to interface strategy
Guide junior designers through design processes and provide constructive feedback during design reviews
Ensure all designs meet accessibility and usability standards
Maintain brand consistency while evolving visual design language across products
Expert proficiency in UX design tools such as Figma
Proficiency in visual design tools such as Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop.
Proven experience building and maintaining design systems
Strong understanding of responsive design principles and mobile-first design
Deep knowledge of typography, color theory, layout, and visual hierarchy
Understanding of front-end development constraints
Strong presentation and stakeholder communication skills
Experience mentoring junior designers
Knowledge of accessibility standards and inclusive design principles
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, UX Design, Computer Science, or related
2-4 years of UI/visual design experience with a strong portfolio
