Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and iterate on design solutions that enhance user satisfaction.
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups that effectively communicate design concepts to stakeholders and development teams.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers and developers, to ensure the design vision is implemented accurately.
- Develop and maintain design systems and style guides that promote consistency and quality across all digital products.
Desired Candidate Profile
A Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Interaction Design, or a related field, providing a solid foundation in design principles.
At least 3 years of professional experience in UI/UX design, showcasing a portfolio that demonstrates a range of projects and impact.
Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Sketch, Adobe XD, Figma, or InVision, essential for creating user interfaces.
A strong understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, enabling effective collaboration with development teams on implementation.
