Responsibilities

• Advise clients on the best visa options based on their specific situations.
• Manage the entire visa application process from initiation to approval.
• Collect, review, and verify all necessary documents for visa applications.
• Ensure all submitted client documents comply with UAE legal requirements.
• Stay informed on current UAE visa regulations and immigration policies.
• Liaise with UAE immigration authorities to address any application issues.
• Maintain accurate records of all visa applications and client communications.
• Provide clients with regular updates regarding the status of their applications.
• Assist clients in preparing for visa interviews if required by authorities.
• Offer post-approval support, including guidance on entry procedures and renewals.
• Prepare reports detailing the success rate and issues encountered during applications.
• Develop and maintain excellent relationships with governmental and immigration departments.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in law, international relations, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience working within immigration consultancy.
• In-depth knowledge of UAE immigration laws and visa processes.
• Exceptional organizational skills for managing multiple client applications.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with clients.
• Proficient in both written and spoken English; Arabic is a plus.
• Highly detail-oriented with a commitment to producing error-free work.
• Ability to work independently and handle pressure while meeting deadlines.
