Overview of the Role
Are you ready to accelerate your career with one of the world’s most iconic automotive brands? We’re looking for a UAE National Sales Executive with fluent English skills and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.

This is a full-time, permanent role based in Al Ain, where you’ll have the opportunity to represent Toyota and make a real impact.

As a Toyota Sales Executive, you’ll maximize every sales opportunity, build lasting relationships, and deliver a seamless customer journey. Your goal? Achieve ambitious sales targets while driving Finance & Insurance (F&I) products, trade-ins, and accessories—ensuring every customer leaves with more than just a car, but a complete Toyota experience.

What You Will Do
•    Sales Volume: Hit and exceed company sales standards to boost brand image and prestige.
•    Customer Satisfaction: Deliver outstanding service and achieve CSI/NPS objectives for repeat business and loyal customers.
•    Prospecting: Log and convert prospects using company systems to grow your customer base and meet business goals.
•    Cash & Credit Control: Follow company procedures to ensure secure transactions and minimize risk.
•    Continuous Improvement: Stay ahead by mastering product knowledge, industry trends, and cutting-edge selling techniques to elevate your performance.

Desired Candidate Profile

Required Skills to Be Successful
•    Sales background desirable, with strong upselling skills.
•    Ability to create value and excitement around new products.
•    Exceptional written and spoken communication skills.
•    Strong negotiation skills with the power to influence decisions.
•    UAE National with family book (mandatory).

What Equips You for the Role
•    Degree or Diploma preferred, but not essential.
•    Minimum 2 years’ experience in retail sales, ideally automotive.
•    English fluency is essential; Arabic is a plus.
•    Leadership, negotiation, and influencing skills with the ability to build strong customer relationships.
•    UAE Driving License required.
•    Technical knowledge of automobiles and ability to think clearly under pressure.
