Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

What you'll be doing:

  • Leading UA efforts across both paid and organic channels for a growing portfolio of mobile games
  • Shaping the wider UA function, including testing tools, asset pipelines, and performance tracking
  • Providing feedback on video creative performance and working closely with external contractors to develop and refine marketing assets
  • Collaborating with internal stakeholders to test game concepts and user behaviour using creative testing methodologies
  • Using AI and other tools to optimise user acquisition strategies and streamline asset production
  • Analysing campaign performance data to refine targeting, messaging, and creative direction
  • Supporting the development of a full-time internal team over time, with the potential to step into a leadership position

What we're looking for:

  • 5+ years of hands-on experience in UA marketing, ideally within the mobile games industry
  • Proven success scaling campaigns and managing performance across paid channels (such as Meta, Google, TikTok)
  • Strong understanding of user behaviour and advertising strategy, with a creative and analytical mindset
  • Experience giving structured creative feedback, especially on video ads and gameplay trailers
  • Familiarity with creative testing pipelines and pre-launch game idea validation
  • Experience with AI tools is a plus
  • Previous experience managing or mentoring small teams is a bonus
  • Highly proactive, entrepreneurial mindset with a drive to build systems and scale rapidly
