Roles & Responsibilities
- Accurately transcribe various documents, ensuring clarity and coherence while adhering to specific formatting guidelines.
- Manage and maintain digital and physical filing systems, categorizing documents for easy access and retrieval.
- Proofread and edit text for grammatical, punctuation, and spelling errors, enhancing overall document quality.
- Input data from handwritten or printed sources into digital databases, ensuring high levels of accuracy and efficiency.
Desired Candidate Profile
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in typing or office administration is a plus.
- At least 2 years of experience in a typing or administrative role, demonstrating proficiency in document management.
- Familiarity with industry-specific terminology relevant to the organization or field of work.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and typing software; experience with data entry systems is advantageous.
