Roles & Responsibilities

  • Accurately transcribe various documents, ensuring clarity and coherence while adhering to specific formatting guidelines.
  • Manage and maintain digital and physical filing systems, categorizing documents for easy access and retrieval.
  • Proofread and edit text for grammatical, punctuation, and spelling errors, enhancing overall document quality.
  • Input data from handwritten or printed sources into digital databases, ensuring high levels of accuracy and efficiency.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in typing or office administration is a plus.
  • At least 2 years of experience in a typing or administrative role, demonstrating proficiency in document management.
  • Familiarity with industry-specific terminology relevant to the organization or field of work.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and typing software; experience with data entry systems is advantageous.
