Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Accurately transcribe documents from audio files or handwritten notes, ensuring clarity and precision in every detail.
  • Maintain a high level of typing speed (minimum 60 WPM) while producing error-free work under tight deadlines.
  • Organize and categorize files systematically, making it easy to retrieve documents and enhancing overall office efficiency.
  • Assist in formatting documents according to specific guidelines, including the use of styles, headers, and footers.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • High school diploma or equivalent; further education in office administration or secretarial studies is a plus.
  • Proven experience in a typing or administrative role, ideally 1-3 years in a fast-paced office environment.
  • Familiarity with industry-specific terminology, especially if working in sectors like legal or medical fields.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and typing software for efficient workflow.
