Roles & Responsibilities

Tunnel Site Manager
To ensure the general organization of a site or part of it on a daily basis, depending on its size.
Organize teams, assign and coordinate the various tasks and control the various achievements.
Ensure on-site responsibility for the proper execution of the work, in compliance with the objectives set with its works supervisor.
Control and coordinate the work of the teams and keep the progress schedules of the work up to date.
View project delivery plans.
Prepare for the installation of a new site, install safety barriers, signage and lighting if necessary.
Assess the need for personnel, equipment and equipment.
Plan the various works, the supply of materials, water and electricity to the site.
